Clear the area, provide seated options, keep contact optional, establish a pause signal, and remain within a comfortable range. The app is not martial-arts instruction, fitness clearance, therapy, diagnosis, or rehabilitation.
Safety
The app is a prompt, never a supervisor
Qualified instructors and responsible adults control the real space, materials, food, movement, consent, and emergency response.
Food and allergies
Adults manage ingredients, cross-contact, knives, heat, raw products, appliances, and doneness. Visual inspection cannot confirm that food is allergen-free or suitable for a dietary or religious requirement.
Tools and objects
Use facilitator-approved classroom materials. Owners or trained handlers control instruments, artworks, archival objects, restricted materials, solvents, kilns, and sharp tools.
Youth groups
A parent, guardian, or authorized facilitator supervises. The app does not manage waivers, attendance, screening, private messages, participant records, or incident reports.
Urgent limit
Stop the activity and use local help
Culturefold Fieldbook cannot monitor a room, detect injury or allergy symptoms, contact a responsible adult, or dispatch help. For urgent danger or a medical emergency, stop and contact local emergency services.
